Who provides the service

The service operator will be identified before paid launch.

What BeforePO does

BeforePO calculates order costs and clarification questions from structured supplier information you provide. You must verify product equivalence, quote accuracy, delivery times, taxes, duties and other costs. It does not validate suppliers, extract documents, execute purchases or guarantee savings. You remain responsible for purchasing decisions.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must be authorized to use the quotes you submit. Protect your API keys, revoke exposed keys, and do not bypass limits, resell trial accounts or use the service unlawfully. Access may be paused for abuse or a disputed payment. Contact support to request review.

Prepaid credits

Available packs provide 100 comparison credits for $9 USD, 1,000 for $29 USD, or 5,000 for $99 USD before applicable tax. There is no subscription or automatic top-up. One valid comparison consumes one credit. Validation errors and retries using the same request identifier and identical data do not consume additional credits. Request identifiers are scoped to your account. Trial credits are promotional and have no cash value. Purchased credits do not expire while the service remains available.

Refunds and billing problems

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase for unused paid credits from that pack. Refunds are proportional to unused credits and return through the original payment method, subject to applicable rights. Duplicate payments and service errors will be reviewed. Refunded credits are removed. If the service is discontinued, unused paid credits will be refunded. Contact support with your purchase date and account email; do not send card details or API secrets.

Direct machine purchases

A compatible agent may buy one purchase-preflight result directly for $0.50 USD through Stripe MPP without opening a BeforePO account. The service validates the request before presenting a payment challenge. After a successful payment, it returns the deterministic result and an MPP receipt. For a duplicate charge or a paid request that fails to return a usable result, contact support with the Stripe payment reference to request review and, where appropriate, a refund to the original payment method. Do not send payment credentials or API secrets.

Availability and limitations

This is an early service with documented input limits. Results depend on supplied facts and assumptions. There is no uptime or accuracy guarantee. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and the operator is not responsible for indirect losses or supplier purchasing outcomes. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and account closure

Material service or pricing changes will be described before they apply to future purchases. Contact support to close your account, request data deletion, or resolve a problem. Payment records may need to be retained after closure. Unused paid credits remain subject to the refund policy and applicable rights.
