Information processed

ChatGPT sign-in provides a site-specific user identifier and email. BeforePO stores account credits, API key hashes and labels, purchase references, timestamps, request identifiers and cryptographic hashes used to recognize retries. The application processes submitted supplier quotes to return a comparison or purchase preflight; it does not store quote bodies or calculated responses in its database. Direct MPP payments create payment and receipt references at Stripe.

Why it is used

These records support account access, usage limits, credit and direct machine purchases, refunds, dispute handling and operational security. BeforePO does not sell personal information and has no advertising trackers.

Service providers

OpenAI provides hosting and sign-in through Sites; the hosting runtime uses Cloudflare. When payments are enabled, Stripe processes checkout and agent-presented Shared Payment Tokens. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not collected by BeforePO. These providers may process connection metadata such as IP addresses and technical logs under their respective policies.

Retention and requests

Account, usage and purchase records are retained while needed to provide the service, recognize retries, address disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through the support contact. Some transaction records may need to remain after account closure. Revoked API keys can no longer authenticate.

Security

API keys are shown only when created and stored as cryptographic hashes. Use encrypted connections, keep keys and payment credentials secret, and revoke a key if exposed. Do not submit payment card details or unnecessary personal information in supplier quotes.
